DO WE GET RAW PHOTOS/VIDEO FOOTAGE?

no. for a variety of reasons, but the main is that they're not complete. editing is what makes the images/video what they are! beyond that, the files are not created in a way that you can just simply open it to see them. without getting too technical, there's a lot of work that goes into processing the files before they are able to be viewed. 

DO YOU PHOTOSHOP?

this is a core principle of mine, no I don't. beyond something like a blemish or bruise, your body isn't meant to be airbrushed & slimmed down. if there's something specific that you're insecure about, let me know & we'll work together to make sure it isn't highlighted in the photos.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL?

unless the weather is completely bonkers, I try to always find an alternative spot, or just embrace it! it can make it so fun & truly, you never know what's really going to happen.
for weddings, legally the retainer is non-refundable & you'll need to put down a new one for your new date. cancellations depend on where we're at in the process, but it's all laid out in the contract!

HOW LONG DO WE NEED FOR  _____?

we'll help you create a timeline for your day.
we have an idea of how long it will take for each 'section' of your day.  

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGES?

yes! any collection can be customized to what you're looking for. let us know when you inquire & I will make sure to send over options that fit your desires! engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, extra assistants, books etc. can all be added in or taken out of any package.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
—
a signed contract & a $750 non-refundable retainer will reserve your day. no one else can have it. it's just you & us. together. forever.
after that, your payments are split into two additional payments made half way through & a month out from your date. we are happy to split it up differently to fit your schedule!

HOW LONG UNTIL WE SEE THE PHOTOS?

i'll send you a sneak peak within 72 hours! you'll get the rest of the photos 4-6 weeks from your day.
videos take a bit longer & you can expect them 3-4 months after your day. but believe me..the wait is worth it!

CAN WE BOOK YOU FOR TRAVEL?
—
yes! we love to travel - we require 2 flights [or mileage fee if we can drive!] & 2 nights hotel. we'll add the cost to your package up front, so it's not a surprise down the road.
